Mazzetti d’Altavilla works exclusively with pomace sourced locally, distinguished by type, stored under a vacuum, distilled under the watchful eye of the Master Distiller in direct steam distillation stills using the discontinuous method. Ageing, too, is the result of careful analysis in order to transport all the poetry contained in every single drop to the taster’s senses. Drops to be appreciated and consumed in moderation and in full awareness of the product. Excess does not lead to greater gratification. Exaggeration is not compatible with the sincere, genuine pleasure and appreciation of tasting moments. That is why the motto which always accompanies us is, “Enjoy Life, Drink Responsibly!”.
