GLASS Small cup 180 ml

TECHNIQUE Shake

ICE /

40 ml Mazzetti Brandy 12 anni 40 ml Porto Red 10 ml pasteurized egg yolk 10 ml Sugar syrup Decorazione: light sprinkling of nutmeg

Shake all the ingredients and strain into an iced cup. Finally, sprinkle with nutmeg.

NOTES AND ADVICE Compared to the IBA recipe I recommend using a small one dose of sugar syrup to better balance the drink.
