4 cl Grappa Arneis

2 cl liquid cream.

Stà Calm Lebowski is prepared by pouring the ingredients directly into an old fashioned glass with ice.
Pour into the glass 4 cl of Grappa di Arneis “Storie di Vitigno”, 4 cl of Graspanera, and mix. Then add the milk cream by letting it run on the back of the bar spoon, keeping it well attached to the wall of the glass, in order to create a well-defined layer.
