ICE Block or Cubes

RECEIPT 30 ml Mazzetti Brandy 12 anni 30 ml Mazzetti London Dry Gin 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice 10 ml Lime syrup 1 dash Angostura Bitters To complete: Fever Tree Ginger beer

Garnish: mint and orange slice

Shake all the ingredients except the soda and strain into a cold glass filled with ice. Now, add the cold Ginger beer and decorate.
