Visual evaluation: brilliance, color ranging from reddish brown to dark brown. Olfactory evaluation: complex, persistent aromas, hints of pastry, candied fruit, raisins, yellow Mediterranean flowers and red fruit in alcohol. Characteristics: soft and enveloping, rich in structure, not aggressive, with an intriguing taste of nougat, almonds and toasted walnuts and with an aftertaste of tobacco, leather, cocoa and dark chocolate. Typology: long aged in large Slavonian oak barrels with a short final refinement in medium-sized tonneau. Pairing: extra dark chocolate, dried fruit and tobacco.
