Finally a Gin as fresh as air. Of Piedmont.
Particularly fresh botanicals give a curiously aromatic touch to this distillate. The inspiration is the ‘zenèiver’, or the ancient name of the juniper, whose berries are used for digestive, depurative, anti-inflammatory and balsamic purposes, as well as to create Gin. In this London Dry one can recognise herbs and essences such as mint, but also sage or rosemary that predominantly bring out typical notes reminiscent of mountain valleys. A gin with an alcohol content of 42°, which ‘speaks of Italy’, allowing one to breathe deeply the perfumes that distinguish it, so much so that it is also suitable for tasting on its own or for careful mixing.
