INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, egg yolk, candied orange peel 10% (orange cubes, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), sultanas 10%, butter, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; gin 2.3%, invert sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt, salt, Madagascar vanilla pod powder.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE GLAZE AND THE DECORATING: sugar, almonds, egg white, “IGP Piedmont Hazelnuts” 1.0%, almonds, rice flour.
