General conditions of sale

The offer and sale of products through the mazzetti.it website are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale, formulated in accordance with the legislation on contracts concluded outside of commercial premises and in particular the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code).

The parties to the contract are as follows:

• Mazzetti d’Altavilla: Mazzetti d’Altavilla srl, with registered office in Altavilla Monferrato, Viale Unità d'Italia 2, Company Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Alessandria, Tax Code and VAT number 00156630063.
• Customer: the person (natural person or other legal entity) who, identified through the mazzetti.it website or by telephone, has placed an order that has been accepted by Mazzetti d’Altavilla Srl.

By placing an order using the provided methods, the Customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the General Conditions of Sale. Mazzetti d’Altavilla reserves the right to change the General Conditions of Sale by posting notice on this page of the website. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in effect at the time the order is placed. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the website.

Registration with a username and password is mandatory. If the customer does not wish to register, they will not be able to complete the purchase, as registration requires the data necessary for delivery and invoicing of the order.

Product images may not be fully representative of their features but may differ in color, size, and accessory products. All information provided to support purchasing is intended as general information only and does not reflect the actual characteristics of a single product.

The products are offered at the price indicated on the site on the date the order is placed.

Prices are inclusive of VAT, which will be detailed in the invoice issued for the purchase of the product.

Prices include shipping and delivery for orders over €60.00; orders under this amount will incur a shipping charge of €9.00.

Orders can only be placed to and from the following territories: Italian Republic, Republic of San Marino, Vatican City.

Orders are not subject to minimum or maximum quantity restrictions, and products are offered subject to stock availability. Only orders indicating a tax code or VAT number will be accepted. Orders from minors will not be accepted.

The steps for placing an order and completing the purchase contract are clearly highlighted in the sequence of pages on the site through explanatory texts and graphics.

Upon receiving an order, Mazzetti d’Altavilla will verify the actual availability of the ordered product and only then will it proceed with shipping.

In the event that Mazzetti d’Altavilla is unable to fulfill an order received, it will promptly notify the Customer.

The Customer is not entitled to any compensation or damages, nor is he liable under any contractual or extra-contractual law for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by the failure to accept an order.

Mazzetti d’Altavilla accepts payment only through the following methods:

• Credit card: through the Banca Sella payment platform.
• PayPal
• Advance bank transfer: This service is available at any bank branch. The following information is required to complete the transfer: Banca Sella – IBAN IT 39 M 03268 22600 052890101790
• Cash on delivery: If the customer does not have a credit card, Mazzetti d’Altavilla will accept cash payment to the courier responsible for shipping the goods upon delivery. Cash on delivery will incur an additional €5.00 fee.

Product shipments and deliveries can only be made within the Italian Republic, San Marino, and the Vatican City. Mazzetti d’Altavilla will ship purchased products exclusively to the address specified in the order.

Mazzetti d’Altavilla will ship the products ordered by the Customer via SDA Express Courier to the address provided by the Customer, approximately within 48 business hours of order acceptance. Delivery generally occurs within 4 business days. The times indicated for receipt of the goods are indicative.

The recipient of the goods is responsible for paying any taxes and customs duties required by the legislation in force in the territory of destination of the products.

The courier is responsible for delivery. Mazzetti d’Altavilla undertakes to process any reports of failed or delayed product delivery through Customer Service and, if necessary, to assist the customer in protecting their rights as required by law.

Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or information, must be immediately reported by specifically noting the discrepancy on the delivery document. By signing the courier's document, the customer certifies the product's external integrity and the conformity of the delivery.

Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 10 working days of delivery by sending an email to e-commerce@mazzetti.it or by calling 0142 926147.

An invoice will be issued for each order, regardless of whether the customer is a private individual, a professional, or a company with a VAT number. If the customer is a private individual, the invoice will be issued using the tax code that must be entered during the order process. If the customer is a reseller or a professional with a VAT number, they can choose, during the order process, whether to receive the invoice with VAT.

When ordering, you must indicate if the billing address is different from the shipping address.

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99 implementing Directive 97/7/EC on consumer protection in respect of distance contracts, the Customer may return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the purchase amount actually paid.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 10 working days of receiving the product in the following ways:

1. The Customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to Mazzetti d’Altavilla. The communication can be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram or email to e-commerce@mazzetti.it, or by telephone to 0142 926147.
2. Mazzetti d’Altavilla will then contact the Customer and provide the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
3. The Customer is subsequently contacted by the Courier to process the return.

The return of the product must take place within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the RMA.

The refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product does not include shipping costs, which are the sole responsibility of the Customer who intends to withdraw from the purchase.

If the Customer returns damaged products, products without a return authorization number (RMA), products not returned within the above-mentioned deadline, products opened and/or partially used, products not properly or completely packaged, or products missing or damaged, such as components, elements, accessories, packaging materials, boxes, documentation, and/or other items, the right of withdrawal is forfeited entirely. In the above-mentioned cases, Mazzetti d’Altavilla will return the purchased item to the Customer, charging the Customer the shipping costs.

Subject to the limitations mentioned above, Mazzetti d’Altavilla will refund the amount actually paid by the Customer within 30 days of the withdrawal notification by credit note to the bank account or credit card.

The sale of products and/or services takes place within the Italian territory and is subject to the laws in force in the Republic of Italy. The competent court for the resolution of any dispute will be that established by Italian law in force at the time the contract is concluded.
