Stage 01 · The distillery

Where everything happens.

The tour begins among the copper stills of the Antica Distilleria. In autumn, during the grape harvest, the tour becomes a spectacle: the fresh pomace arrives from the hills and the distillation takes place before your eyes.

Stage 02 · The Barricaia

The silence of time.

Over three hundred barrels rest in the dim light. Here, you learn that a Riserva isn't made: it's waited. The aromas wafting through this room alone are worth the visit.

Stage 03 · The Galleria della Grappa

A museum in the shape of a barrel.

Underground, a large barrel holds the family's memories: vintage labels, distilling memorabilia, the family tree, and bottles dating back to 1930. Seven generations in a single room.

Stage 04 · The Historic Park and La Rotonda

The garden and the chapel.

In the Historic Park, among pomegranate trees, rowan trees, and ancient trees, stands "La Rotonda": the family votive chapel, frescoed and consecrated, dedicated to Mary Help of Christians. A jewel of the early 19th century, it is free to visit.

Stage 05 · The Panoramic Tower

64 steps, one view.

At the top of the tower, the Monferrato area opens up 360 degrees: vineyards, UNESCO World Heritage hills, and, on clear days, the Alps on the horizon. The highlight of the visit, in every sense.

Final stage · The tasting

The glass, finally.

Each visit ends where it should: at the Grappa Store, with a guided tasting of grappa, liqueurs, and spirits. Because grappa isn't just for drinking: it's for tasting.
