Materia Prima offers seasonal and regionally inspired menus, with a variety of options to choose from. For those who prefer, an original spirits and food pairing experience is available, offering a truly unique gastronomic experience.

Any specific dietary requirements can be communicated in advance. We organize events upon request, subject to direct agreement.

For groups or private events, you can reserve the internal rooms or choose the “Pianoramico,” our exclusive events space located on the top floor of the building: it offers a panoramic view of the UNESCO hills and is equipped to host corporate meetings, ceremonies, or receptions.
