NATURALLY LEAVENED CONFECTIONERY PRODUCT WITH 8% ICING AND 2% ALMONDS
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour , egg yolk , candied orange peel 10% (orange cubes, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), sultanas 10%, butter , cane sugar, natural yeast ( wheat flour , water), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; gin 2.3%, invert sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt , salt, Madagascar vanilla pod powder.
ICING AND DECORATION INGREDIENTS: sugar, almonds, egg white,“Nocciola Piemonte PGI” 1.0%, apricot kernels, rice flour.
May contain other nuts and soy.
