Exhibition at GS Marcallo: “Quo vadis?”. "Where are you going?"

Two artists will be featured in the upcoming exhibition at the Grappa & Cioccolato Store in Marcallo. Among the spirits of Mazzetti d’Altavilla and the chocolate of Baratti & Milano, the expertly crafted works of Roberto Garegnani and Imma Visconte will be showcased, part of an artistic journey titled "Quo vadis?". "Where are you going? You've always followed the wrong path, dragging all living beings and our Bitter Earth with you. Stop and reflect on the beauty of purity, and take all living beings and our Mother Earth with you." This is the opening line announcing the captivating exhibition the two artists have reserved for the public, who regularly visit the events at Via Roma 79 in Marcallo seeking artistic emotion and reflection. Roberto Garegnani, a member of the "Gruppo Artistico Occhio di Cuggiono," has long worked in graphic design and has developed his own figurative painting technique, rooted in his personal way of being and seeing the world around him. She favors a diverse range of subjects, from social to naturalistic, ranging from painting to photography and employing classic and sophisticated techniques such as egg tempera and graphite, both on paper and directly on wood. Imma Visconte has a university degree in architecture, and her work encompasses a variety of passions, including antiquity, a fusion of art and mythology, and inspiration drawn from a profound awe of nature. The themes are often linked to primordial elements such as stone, the use of the naked or clothed body, and the valorization of light as an element that "creates atmospheres of suspended stillness and serene mystery."
The opening of "Quo Vadis?" is scheduled for Saturday, March 23, at 5:00 PM, at the Grappa & Cioccolato Store in Marcallo (Via Roma 79).

The exhibition will be open daily from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm (except Sundays) until Saturday, April 6.
