This land, so reminiscent of Pavese, is home to the pomace of the most prized Nebbiolo grapes, used to make Barolo and Barbaresco.
The blending of these two grappas, after long solitary aging in the Mazzetti d’Altavilla, creates a blend that is the true poetry of the Piedmont hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
