We've prepared an extraordinary tasting menu that epitomizes our love and culinary passion. Here's what awaits you:
Appetizer (Choice of):
- Shrimp and puntarelle salad with raspberry vinegar.
- Cocoa-marinated chicken breast cooked at low temperature with sautéed spinach and raisins.
First course: Carnaroli risotto with lemon-scented scampi.
Second course: Veal fillet with Mazzetti brandy reduction, served on a bed of potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Dessert: Raspberry Bavarian cream with cocoa shortcrust pastry.
