With "Food Exp 2019," Distillati Mazzetti d’Altavilla is conquering Salento. The company is participating in the Gastronomy and Hospitality Congress, which will focus on "the places and chefs who are changing the world." These "Food Changers" will gather between April 15 and 17 (10 am - 7 pm) at the Torre del Parco in Lecce, at Viale Torre del Parco 1. The stage will feature not only champions of haute cuisine and exemplary hotel management professionals, but also experiences and projects that can impact the daily lives of local communities and the planet. The program will include cooking shows and the sharing of stories, visions, and methods applied by chefs, sommeliers, food and wine producers who are capable of reaching beyond the confines of their own entrepreneurial interests, pushing the envelope of collective growth.
