"Tradition is to cherish the fire, not to worship its ashes." These words from composer Gustav Mahler announce the 2019 edition of identità Golose Milano – The International Chef Congress which will take place at MiCo Milano Congressi from Saturday, March 23rd to Monday, March 25th. Mazzetti d’Altavilla will participate with its own stand in the MiCo Nord area (Level 0) to present its contribution to the construction of new memories (the focus of the event) in the art of distillation. Tradition therefore means producing, starting from one's origins, continuous innovation destined to become history: in the Mazzetti d’Altavilla is working to innovate the image of Grappa and provide new and stimulating opportunities for consumption and appreciation, for example in mixology (a theme developed in the recent Mazzetti d’Altavilla) and in sensory pairing with food (also highlighted at the Materia Prima, selected for the recent episode dedicated to Monferrato of 4 Ristoranti, hosted by chef Alessandro Borghese). Through informed tastings, the Identità Golose audience will be able to better understand the new, intriguing and refined faces of the locally sourced Italian spirit.
