Ingredients:
5 cl of Amaretto Mazzetti
0.5 cl of sugar syrup
2 cl of fresh lemon juice
Ginger beer top
Ice
Procedure:
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add theAmaretto Mazzetti, the sugar syrup and the fresh lemon juice.
Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Mix gently with a teaspoon.
Serve with a lemon twist.
