The reinterpretation of a great classic by Luigi Barberis.
Chill the glass and add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently and strain into the chilled glass.
Decorate with an orange peel.
The proportions:
3 cl of Grappa Mazzetti 7.0
6 cl of Red Vermouth
A few drops of Graspalaera
