1.5 cl lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup
4 cl Arzente 0 years
2 cl Barbera d'Asti
Old Fashioned Glass (Low Tumbler)
Chill the glass with ice while you prepare the cocktail in the shaker.
Pour 1.5 cl of lemon juice, 1 cl of sugar syrup and 4 cl of Arzente ZERO anni into the shaker (also chilled) and shake vigorously with ice.
Open the shaker and pour the cocktail into the chilled glass filled with ice (after removing the excess water).
Add the Barbera d'Asti, trying not to let it sink to the bottom of the glass by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
