40 ml Mazzetti Brandy 12 anni
40 ml Red Port
10 ml Pasteurized egg yolk
10 ml Sugar syrup
Decoration: lightly dusted with nutmeg
Shake all the ingredients and strain into a chilled glass. Finally, sprinkle with nutmeg.
NOTES AND TIPS
Compared to the IBA recipe, I recommend using a small
amount of sugar syrup to better balance the drink.
