45 ml Radici Grappa di Ruchè in purezza Mazzetti d’Altavilla
25 ml Fresh lemon juice
15 ml Honey mix
15 ml Chamomile syrup
10 ml Pasteurized egg white
Pour all the ingredients into a Boston shaker. After making a dry shake or frothing the ingredients in an Aerolatte, shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Finally, drizzle with a lemon twist and garnish with grapes.
